Privacy policy
Plain-language summary of how EQ Storybook Studio treats your information.
What we store
Your account email, the details you enter in the creation wizard, the generated story text, and the illustrations produced for your books.
Where books live
Story records are stored in a private database row owned by your account. Illustrations are stored in private object storage and are only ever served to you through short-lived signed links.
Children's details
Enter only what you are comfortable sharing. A first name or nickname is enough. Details you provide are used to write and illustrate the book and are not sold, published or used for advertising.
Analytics
We measure product events such as when a wizard step is completed or a download starts. We never send child names, story text, email addresses, access codes or payment details to analytics.
AI processing
Story text and illustration prompts are processed by AI models on our servers to produce your book. Prompts are assembled server-side; model credentials are never exposed to your browser.
Deleting your data
You can delete any Storybook from My Books, which removes the story record. To delete your whole account and its artwork, contact us from the email address on your account.
