Terms of use
The agreement between you and EQ Storybook Studio.
One-time purchases
Both offers are single payments. A book purchase unlocks downloads for that one Storybook. Lifetime access unlocks unlimited generation and downloads on your account. There is no recurring billing.
Access codes
Access codes are issued by us and may be limited to a single book or to lifetime studio access. Codes must not be resold or shared publicly; we may disable a code that is distributed without permission.
Your books
You own the Storybooks you create and may print, share and gift them for personal, family and classroom use. Reselling generated books commercially is permitted only with lifetime access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the studio to create content that sexualizes minors, depicts real identifiable people without consent, promotes hate or violence, or otherwise breaks the law. We may remove content and close accounts for violations.
Not therapy
Storybooks are a conversation tool for families and educators. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace care from a qualified professional.
AI content
Stories and illustrations are generated by AI and may contain imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing a book before printing or sharing it. Every page is editable for this reason.
Refunds
If a purchase fails to unlock or a book cannot be generated because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will fix the entitlement or refund the payment.
Changes
We may update these terms as the studio evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
